ABOUT COACH JAMIE
Jamie is an experienced fitness professional and competitive bodybuilder who earned her IFBB Pro Card in 2006.
After competing in 16 shows and taking a seven-year break, she made a comeback in 2015, winning her second professional show and qualifying for the Olympia.
With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Rehabilitation and expertise in competitive sports, she holds certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, and Life Coaching.
At 212 Fitness, Jamie's holistic approach emphasizes health, balance, and strength, as she passionately supports her clients' physical and mental wellness.
